1The one address

Everything goes to [email protected]: bug reports, account questions, payment issues, moderation appeals, privacy requests, press and partnership inquiries. One address means nothing gets lost between departments.

There is no phone line and no live chat widget — email lets us keep a written trail of your case, so nothing about it depends on whoever happened to pick up.

2What to include for a fast answer

  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • Roughly when it happened (with your time zone).
  • Your device and browser — "iPhone, Safari" is enough.
  • For payment issues: the approximate amount and date, never your full card number.
  • For moderation reports: the time of the match and what the other user did.

3How fast we reply

Most mail gets a first human answer within one to two business days. Safety reports and unauthorized-payment mail jump the queue. If three business days pass with no reply, check your spam folder and nudge us — mail does occasionally get eaten.

Replies come from the same address you wrote to, so add [email protected] to your contacts if your spam filter is aggressive. We never ask for passwords or full card numbers in email, and any message that does is not from us.

4What email cannot do

Support cannot look inside a live or past call — nothing is recorded, so there is no footage to review or retrieve. Moderation decisions rely on session signals and reports instead.

We also cannot restore a skipped match. Random means random: once you tap next, that particular stranger is gone back into the pool, and no ticket can fish them out again.

5Before you write

Many questions are already answered on the help center — matching, coins, camera and microphone trouble, and account basics. The privacy policy covers data questions, and is Chatrandom safe explains the safety controls in product terms.

7Languages and time zones

Write in whatever language you are comfortable with — English gets the fastest reply, but the team works through other languages with translation tools and patience. The inbox is covered across most time zones, though weekend replies can run a little slower than weekday ones.

8A note on minors

Chatrandom is an 18+ service. If you believe a minor has appeared on the platform — as a user or on someone’s camera — treat it as urgent and mail [email protected] with the time and details. These reports are handled before everything else.
